Scammers

Terrible company. Like everyone else I’ve been scammed. Took €40 from my bank account without asking. Totally illegal. No reply to my emails. Scammers - avoid like the plague.

Awful abuse of auto renew tactics.

I used once, about two years ago and noticed today I have a pending charge on my bank account!

No effort whatsoever for Jib Jab to notify dormant accounts. Two years and not one log in, but they knowingly charged me an extra near £40

Absolute mockery of a business, and should either be reprimanded for their shambolic abuse of a renewal system or the law need to change.

Quite frankly appalled by this, and does make me wonder how many other customers, elderly or otherwise who could be inadvertently paying for years.

I'm sure Jib Jab would be quick off the mark if my bank account details has changed. Shame on you

Shady auto-renew tactics.

If you forget about the Auto-renew "feature", you'll pay another year. If the product was worth using beyond a couple of times they wouldn't need to do this... Cynical tactics, and for this alone they deserve to fail. Avoid.

Very professional

We have found JibJab to be a fun and very safe website to use over the years. Our family and friends have always loved receiving funny and very unique cards and the website is set up to use with ease and comfort. Not only that, the staff at JibJab are so lovely to deal with too. Very professional and efficient and a real pleasure to communicate with. Thanks very kindly to everyone at JibJab.

Although the videos are fun to make if you post them to Instagram or Facebook they get taken down within minutes for copyright infringement. Bought a monthly subscription, cancelled it an hour later.

No longer a good idea when it deliberately lacks diversity

Can't see past e-cards created & sent they deleted option. Wanted to use Farters day gif i created they deleted it.
$25 waste of time on an idea that started out with potential.

I ordered 3 things for the kids and they never came I message them and they said they delivered them and only offered me 50% of my money back and still waiting on refund DON'T USE THIS SITE ONE BIG SCAMMER

Horrible!

I cancelled last year and they are still charging my account. How do i get ahold of them to STOP it. It seems the only way is an email?

If you are using PayPal they have a setting that allows to you cancel the recurring charges.

Call your credit card company and dispute the charges. That does work because they won't be able to provide any documentation.
